  • Weekly personalized training plan tailored to your fitness, goals, and life.

  • Schedule based on activities the athlete enjoys (elliptical, hiking, rowing, yoga, etc) plus strength training.

  • Schedule adjustments, as needed.

  • Daily communication and workout feedback via email, text or phone/video call.

  • Direction on nutrition, recovery and lifestyle adjustments.

  • Accountability & motivation to reach your goals.

  • Access to private Facebook team page.

  • Suggested equipment: Heart rate monitor & GPS device.

Personal Training
In-Person Sessions

$50/Hour Session
$360/8x Hour Sessions

  • For people with fitness and health goals.

  • Personalized one-on-one in-person training sessions designed around your current fitness level and fitness goals.

  • In-home gym located in Greenville, SC where sessions have zero distractions and no unwanted on-lookers.

  • Sessions can include core and balance exercises, resistance/strength training, cardio, and skill development.

  • First session includes evaluation to determine areas that need improvement and to help design a program for future sessions.

  • Program designed around your life and other physical activities such as sports.

  • Direction on nutrition, recovery and lifestyle adjustments.

  • Accountability & motivation to reach your goals.

Consultations & Analysis Options

$55/Hour

  • Consultation to answer any questions about racing, training approach, recovery, nutrition, etc.

  • Consultations can be virtual or in person in Greenville, SC.

  • Swim lesson and/or analysis including video & written assessment overview.

  • Run analysis including video & written assessment overview.

  • Strength analysis including video & written assessment overview.
